INWARD JOURNEY

Get to Know yourSelf.

We will retreat to the Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina for five days and four nights of deep introspection, with our practices embodying the Expansion and Contraction of life. E-YRT & YACEP instructors, Trudi James Hawke and Donna Kell, will guide our days filled with yoga sessions amongst the beauty of the lush foliage and serenity created by the rolling currents at the Indigo Nature Retreat. We will also embark on a day-excursion in the Pigsah National Forest and our evening meals will be shared together in community. One night will feature a special dinner off-site in the quaint nearby town of Black Mountain. There will be intentional invitations woven throughout our days to go at a slower pace and be more present with our own body, mind and spirit; moving inward and contracting in order to meet ourSelf as well as expanding outward to our inner circles and the wider world to authentically and confidently offer who we each are uniquely at our core.
