  • Yoga Basics

    This class is appropriate for the beginner student as well as the seasoned yogi who would like to slow down their pace. We take time moving in and out of the poses and also take time to look inward and feel the benefits of each pose. Verbal instructions and modifications are offered to encourage the student to work at their own level. This is an all levels class.

  • Vinyasa

    Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.

  • VinYin

    A fun combination of Vinyasa and Yin. We do 30 minutes of Vinyasa, 30 minutes of Yin with added meditation. Music that you want to move to and you can literally feel. Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures, usually 3-5 minutes.

  • Be Chill Yin

    A spa like setting with lots of hands-on assists. Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures, usually 3-5 minutes.

  • Sound Bath

    “Clearing Chakras Through Sound" is an in-person sound immersion designed to relieve stress, reduce pain, and strengthen your mind-body connection. Through your body’s natural energy centers and intention-driven focus, you will be guided into an hour long relaxation and meditation practice using acoustic sound therapy instruments such as quartz crystal bowls, chimes, gong, and drum.

    PLEASE NOTE: This is not recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy, those who currently have thrombosis, Parkinson’s, hypotension, DBS device, epileptic seizures, severe depression/anxiety or have sensory sensitivity.

  • Ashtanga

    Experience the dynamic world of Ashtanga yoga – a practice rooted in vinyasa with flowing movements, fixed posture sequences, and a focus on breath and energy.

    The class begins with the invigorating Sun Salutations, guiding you through the exploration of the standing and seated poses that constitute the Ashtanga primary series. Challenge yourself in this experience that seamlessly weaves together movement, breath, and the transformative essence of Ashtanga yoga.

  • Feel Good Flow

    All levels class. Each class should include a strong theme geared around positivity:

    - body awareness

    - embracing your imperfections

    - self care

    - listening to your body

    - creating boundaries

    - be your own teacher

    - community (being alone vs loneliness)

    - embracing your best self

    - celebrating small victories

    - learning something new (beginners mind)
